They demanded full p rice for the item (which I paid), but when they delivered the item in August 2022 it was so damaged the installers wouldn't even bring it in the house. The reason for the 1 star is the Ice Maker is STILL not here. Supply chain issues happened (understandable given the circumstances), and we didn't get most appliances until September 2021 through March 2022. They initially said everything would be here in July of 2021. We bought multiple kitchen appliances (Subzero/Wolf/Cove stove, fridge, icemaker, hood, microwave and dishwasher) from Monark in February 2021.
